Work experience requirements:
You must have at least 2 years of experience in corporate finance in Japan and be able to independently handle financial affairs such as company account registration and sorting, and sorting and reviewing employee expense reimbursement documents.
Organize and calculate employee salaries, overtime pay, national pension insurance amounts, etc. every month.
Every month, the employee salary list signed by the president will be transferred to the employee's personal account through bank channels.
Applicants holding Japanese financial personnel qualification certificates will be given priority.
Office software usage skills:
Proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, and related financial software.

Language requirements:
The president currently mainly uses Chinese, so daily communication is mainly in Chinese.
Since financial personnel need to deal with government departments, banks, etc., Japanese proficiency must be at N2 or N1 level.

Working hours:
Part-time financial staff: work 3 full days, 4 half days, or 5 half days per week, and rest on Saturday and Sunday (Saturday and Sunday are closed).
Full-time staff: 09:00-18:00 every day, closed on Saturdays and Sundays (closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
Salary:
Part-time staff: 1,150 yen per hour (not taxable, part-time staff are required to pay their own taxes), transportation expenses are reimbursed on a reimbursement basis.
Full-time staff: 200,000 yen per month (salary before tax), transportation expenses up to 20,000 yen per month, settled based on actual monthly card fees.
There is a 6-month probation period, after which you can become a full-time employee.
Overtime is not encouraged. If overtime is required for special reasons, overtime pay will be calculated in accordance with Japanese labor laws.
Quarterly bonuses are calculated every three months (quarter). The bonus levels and calculation methods will be discussed in detail during the interview.
In January each year, year-end bonuses are distributed based on employee performance in the previous year, up to a maximum of four months’ pre-tax salary.
All vacations are carried out in accordance with Japanese labor laws.
After passing the probation period, employees can enjoy additional company holidays, up to 16 days per year, but they cannot enjoy corresponding holidays during the probation period, and they cannot take compensatory leave after passing the probation period.
From April 2025 to December 2026, due to the small total number of employees and the team still being in the running-in and expansion stage, there will only be quarterly bonuses and year-end bonuses within two years, and no salary increase. However, there will be a salary increase after January 2027.
